John Pleasnick

John serves as a pastor and elder at Faith Bible Church in Murrieta, California, where he has been ministering since co-founding the church in 2003. He is a graduate of The Master’s Seminary and Southern Seminary. He and his wife, Beth, have been blessed with three children who all love books and pizza, almost as much as their father.

At Faith Bible Church, John leads the Training Center, an intensive 3-yr program dedicated to equipping men for leadership and ministry within the local church, and directs FBC’s Distance Location of The Master’s Seminary. His role also includes preaching, teaching, and mentoring, with a focus on developing leaders who are grounded in Scripture and committed to expository preaching and discipleship. Beyond the local church, John serves on the board of Thrive International Missions and spends his energy equipping others in theological education, leadership development, and strengthening the church for future generations.
