Marcy has been a leader of women’s bible studies at FBC since 2016. She grew up in San Jacinto, CA, and has lived in Murrieta since 1992. Even though she had attended church most of her life, it wasn’t until 1996 when she was 36 years old that she was truly born again and her life was transformed by God.

Before coming to FBC, she served in various church ministries, including AWANA, youth group, children’s Sunday School, and women’s Bible studies, which God used to prepare her for a leadership role in women’s ministry.

Since attending FBC, she’s been involved in various ministries, but finds great joy in serving women and seeing them come to a greater understanding of who God is. God has also given her a great desire to see others come to saving faith in Jesus Christ.

She has been married to her husband Larry since 1996, and together they have six children, which includes four sons: Joe, Tim, Chris, and David, two daughters: Lisette and Sarah, three daughters-in-law: Melanie, Stacia and Celina; one son-in-law, Erik and 14 grandchildren.

She and Larry love spending time with their children and grandchildren who live nearby and traveling to see those who live in other states. They enjoy time with their FBC family, camping, and days at the beach. They most especially enjoy their date day every week!
