Dan was born and raised in Murrieta – a true FBC kid. He was saved by grace in 2007 thanks to the ministry of several faithful men at FBC. God lead him to obtain two degrees in chemical engineering at UCSD and at USC while serving in praise bands in local churches. He met his wife Victoria when he returned in 2019, married her in 2023, and had their daughter Charlotte in 2024.

God gave Dan a heart to serve behind the scenes using his musical abilities, so he joined the sound ministry in 2021 and became its sound leader in 2025. He continues to play bass on stage occasionally and gives all the glory to God.
