Flower Arranging, taught by Rosy Avila ($15)

Ever wished you knew how to take a simple grocery store bouquet and rearrange it to make it look like it came from a professional florist? In this workshop, you will learn these desired skills as you take a general flower bouquet, disassemble it, and then learn how to reassemble it into multiple gorgeous bouquets, in a way that takes it from impersonal to personal, completing the look for a beautiful presentation using ties and paper!

Cookie Decorating, taught by Eleni Wilkes ($15)

Anyone who has seen those adorable sugar cookies decorated in the theme of a party or holiday has wished she could be as creative as that baker! Come to this workshop and you’ll gain these skills–beginning with tried and true tips for baking the cookies and ending with techniques for royal icing and piping. And you’re sure to be set up for success when you leave with a cookie cutter and recipes, as well as your freshly decorated cookies to remind you of how much you’ve learned!

Monogram Hanger Craft, taught by Kari McElroy ($10)

Imagine having a decoration that can remain on display throughout all the changing seasons and holidays! In this workshop, you will create just that, as you decorate a 10” letter of your choosing to decorate your home, as well as make a few interchangeable festive attachments that will carry you right through the seasons!

Chalkboard Calligraphy, taught by Nicole Crain & Makayla Harrell ($10) [This workshop is now full.]

Do you have a decorative chalkboard at home, but you just can’t seem to get your handwriting to cooperate with the dream image you have in your head? Come to this workshop to learn how to recreate the most appealing fonts and styling techniques, and go home with a new chalk marker and slate board!

How to Style an Outfit, taught by Megan Woodsum & Paula Zarzosa ($5)

We all have full closets, but do we all know how to use it to the fullest? This workshop will equip you with skills to dress for your figure in the most flattering, modest and frugal way. You will learn what styles to avoid, how to create a few staple outfits, and how to make your personal budget go the furthest. Attendees will leave with an accessory that will add style to most any outfit to help you as you embark on your own personal style journey!

Bible Verse Memorization, taught by Shannon Munoz ($5)

Would you consider yourself to be skilled at memorizing? If your answer is, “No!” then this workshop is designed for you! Seems counter-intuitive, but after completing this workshop, you’re sure to be zealous about hiding God’s Word in your heart as you learn techniques and hear personal testimony from a fellow {formerly} non-skilled memorizer whose life has been transformed by this discipline. This workshop is sure to result in a deeper understanding of the huge impact of hiding God’s Word in your heart, while also tangibly equipping you with practical tools (organized note cards) and a useful book to further this exciting discovery in your own spiritual walk.

Bible Journaling, taught by Cari Quimby ($5) [This workshop is now full.]

As it says in Hebrews 4:12, the Bible is living and active, sharper than any double-edged sword. If you’ve ever felt frustrated because you understand the depth of this truth but feel ill-equipped to document the way the Spirit has grown you in the knowledge of God’s Word, then this workshop is for you. You will leave with tips on what to journal and how to make it appealing to the eye, as well as a small practice journal, pen and pencil!

Tools for a Prayerful Life, taught by Marcy Preston & Laura Hadley ($5)

Do you ever wonder, “Why pray?” The importance of prayer cannot be overestimated, and transforming your prayer life can be simple and fun! In this workshop, you will learn some easy–yet powerful–ways to incorporate prayer into your daily routine. And you’ll leave with a special take-home craft to get you started on your journey to rethinking a life of prayer.
